It is the main building of the property, with all the authentic charm of an Ardèche mas: beautiful terraces, a vine-covered pergola, and an unobstructed view of the Dent de Rez.
Fully air-conditioned, this gîte is ideal for nature lovers and gourmet travellers who enjoy the outdoors.
The ground floor includes a large professional-grade kitchen with a real chef’s stove, a spacious bathroom with traditional tomette flooring, and a living room with a convertible sofa, a wood stove, a TV corner, and a piano.
Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms accommodate 3, 2, and 2 people respectively. There is also a toilet on this level.
